This community has been put together to attract people that enjoy all things real estate in Laguna Beach and the surrounding coastal cities. The meetups will provide educational workshops like how to get a loan, short sales, local architecture, income property opportunities, 1031  exchanges, appraisal techniques, guidance to work with the local city design review boards and much more.

This group gathers together every month for two simple things; networking and Revit learning. We dedicate much of our time and effort to make this group successful and most, if not all, members are involved each month to help everyone learn something new.
